In the future, society has changed for the survivors of the biological holocaust, who live in the Perfect States of America. 

The caucasian majority has disappeared.

Blacks are the dominant ethic group - the Perfect Ones - and they have reinstated Aparthied.

The Visitor

When a visitor appears, having "come from afar," his radical ideas regarding equality and human rights threaten the stability of two societies: the Perfs and the Bios.

Destiny & Prophesy

Daniel's journey is only beginning when he arrives in this future version of America.  His progression from Visitor, to Provider, to Clansman, to Warrior portrays more than just his emotional growth and maturity.  These are only sequences in an unstoppable process.  Others around him begin to realize a connection to the ancient prophesy.  In spite of his own resistance and disbelief, Daniel’s journey races toward becoming a May’r, or leader, of his new clan – and maybe even ushering in the arrival of the Supreme May’r, leader of all the fragmented clans.
